  • Shipped the full product solo — interview engine, resume generation, payments, and the free diagnostic quiz.
  • Grounded the product in 400+ manual resume reviews of internationally trained engineers, so the questions target the gaps that actually cost people interviews.
  • Candidates who had gone months without a callback began averaging roughly three interview invitations per week after repositioning.

Accounting and bookkeeping for small business owners. I worked on the money-in (invoicing) team, across both the mobile app and the web platform.

  • Led the development and launch of a cross-platform mobile app using React Native and Apollo, serving roughly 1M users.
  • Engineered and maintained APIs for new and existing invoicing features using Python Django, gRPC, GraphQL, and Apollo.
  • Partnered with PMs and designers to ship auto-payments and recurring invoices across mobile and web, growing the user base and improving retention.
  • Led a monetization initiative moving free users to paid plans through phased rollouts for new and grandfathered users, without hurting satisfaction.
